Contracts are signed everyday. What 'seals the deal' on contracts is still a person's signature. In this generation, signatures are still created with pen in hand. Quit Claim Deeds are still signed and notarized. Last Wills and Testaments are still signed and notarized. Car dealerships still have an individual sign. Real Estate deals still have an individual sign. A person's signature is still one of the most important things we maintain that speaks to our individuality. One guard against forgery or the simulation of a person's signature is to craft a signature that is complex enough that it becomes difficult to simulate. It is very important that when a signature goes on a contract that it is individualized and complicated. Everyone has their own skill level in writing. A person can write below their skill level but they cannot write above their skill level. If you would like to craft a signature that becomes harder for someone to simulate, contact me.
