Holographic Wills

A Holographic Will is a handwritten will.  It is to be written by the individual person, dated and signed by that person.  The Will cannot contain the handwriting of any other individual than the person whose name is on the Will.  Within the last year, I have received three different Holographic Wills to examine.  Two of these Wills were suspicious and one I believe was written by the individual.  Greed never ceases to amaze me.  The suspicious Wills contained either handwriting that completely deviated from that individual's handwriting or it contained questionable writing in parts of the Will and in the signature.  The Wills also were written to completely exclude members of the family and only leave something to certain ones or completely excluding everyone but one individual.  In court, the judges who gave a ruling regarding the suspicious Holographic Wills, ruled they were not allowed and then made fair decisions to divide things between all of the family members which previous Wills presented evidenced.  A Forensic Document Examiner can help families who have found themselves in this situation.  Call me today:  580-467-4786  www.ExpertHandwritingExaminer.com
